Bob Reeves 43.5/SV Rim: 43.5 - 43.5/64" Medium-round, semi-narrow, with a medium-sharp bite Our 43.5 rim is functionally similar to Bach 1, 1 1/2 C, 2, 3B, 5C Elkhart and Schilke 15 and 16 rims. Cup: SV - 0.208" proprietary cup depth Very shallow conical vee shaped cup Backbore: 2 Our standard backbore. More centered than a Bach #10 with excellent tone color and intonation. This backbore works well on all of our cups. It was the 2nd backbore Bob ever made. Shank: #4 Our standard - other sizes available. Popular Uses: Lead trumpet, commercial, amplified 43.5/64" rim diameter with a shallow conical cup. This piece is for players looking for a bright, projecting lead sound.
